Tania Howard
Tania Howard is founder and director of the Waimea Ocean Film Festival, an annual event focused on topics of climate change, energy solutions, ocean health, sustainability, health and island culture. Howard has also worked as a transportation planner as part of her effort in understanding and finding solutions to energy issues and climate change. She has spent her entire adult life researching health topics.
