As an award-winning theatre director, Taurie Kinoshita shares how performing arts changed her life.

Taurie Kinoshita is the Artistic Director of the Hawai’i Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Born and raised in Honolulu, she has directed over 130 productions. Her accolades include the Excellence in Theatre Education award by the Kennedy Festival, the Francis Davis Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award and and most recently, the Kennedy Center’s Gold Medallion for excellence in theatre education.
