Statewide, Hawaii voters can expect general election packets no later than Friday.

Ballots for the Nov. 5 election will be mailed to City and County of Honolulu voters on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Oahu voters can return their ballot envelope by mail using the postage-paid envelope provided, or at a designated ballot drop box.

The drop boxes at all 16 locations across Oahu open Wednesday and can be accessed until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 — election day.
