Every Wednesday in May, Hawaii residents can participate in a free, four-part virtual series showcasing how the arts can be used as a modality for healing.

Each event will explore how creativity can foster self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience and promote a sense of personal wellness.

The program is offered by and . It’s suitable for all ages. No prior artistic experience is necessary.

The series will kick off at noon on May 6 with offered by dancer Matt Del Rosario (also known as Lauhala聽Matt). Del Rosario is the founder and artistic director of , a Hawaii-based arts and cultural nonprofit organization that uses movement-based activities to spark creativity and innovation.
