Shalanda H. Baker

Shalanda H. Baker is an Associate Professor of Law and Founding Director of the Energy Justice Program at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. She teaches courses and conducts related research in business law, renewable energy development, international environmental law, and indigenous rights.
