Ruth Ballinger
Ruth Ballinger is a Maui district special education resource teacher, with a focus on working with pre-K through 12th grade students with autism and their educational teams. She was one of 17 teacher leaders recently chosen for the Hope Street Group Hawaii State Teacher Fellows program.
