Richard Wallsgrove
Richard Wallsgrove is the Program Director for the Blue Planet Foundation. Before joining Blue Planet he worked as an attorney in Honolulu, and he has also worked with the Center for Island Climate Adaptation & Policy at the University of Hawaii, analyzing climate change adaptation tools.
