Representative Marilyn Lee
Representative Lee has a long history of service to the Mililani Community. At the State Capitol, Marilyn's background as a registered nurse makes her well prepared to work on issues related to healthcare, and long term care. She is also known for her work on issues important to women and families.
As an advocate for Mililani, Representative Lee knows that traffic congestion and time spent on commuting are major irritants to residents. Marilyn believes that more emphasis on public transportation, the creation of jobs in close proximity of residential areas, and an emphasis on walking and biking would help ease congestion. In addition, she supports an additional exit from the mauka side to the H-2 freeway, which has received planning monies.
