As the President of the Hawaii Farm Bureau, Randy Cabral is very familiar with the needs, challenges and opportunities faced by farmers across the state. He has worked in Hawaii agriculture for over 45 years, and recently retired from a long career in macadamia farming. He has spent many years farming ginger and kalo, among other crops, and currently works a small ranch on the Big Island.
