Paul Chinowsky
I have degrees in both engineering and architecture. I have been doing research into the impacts of climate change on infrastructure and health for the last 15 years. I have developed impact models for international agencies including the World Bank and the UN, as well as national agencies such as the EPA, and local counties and cities. I founded the Engineering Project Organization Society for academics from around the world researching social science areas in engineering. I founded the associated journal and conference series. I am currently the Director of the Program in Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder.
