Panos Prevedouros
Panos Prevedouros, Ph.D., is chair of the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Hawaii at Manoa whose areas of expertise include transportation engineering, traffic analysis and simulation, demand forecasting and intelligent transportation systems. He has twice run for Honolulu mayor.
