Leilei Joy Shih is a PhD candidate in Oceanography at the University of Hawai鈥榠 at M膩noa and the Sustainability Representative on the UH Graduate Student Organization. She is the Conservation Chair and an Executive Committee member for Sierra Club O鈥榓hu, working on issues including clean energy, invasive species management, and smart growth.
