Jay Silberman
Jay Silberman, a Friends of Haiku Stairs board member, is a retired U.S. Coast Guard environmental protection specialist, and served as the Coast Guard project manager for the Haiku Stairs prior to the Omega Station closure.聽 He has a master's degree in environmental health science.
