Jari S.K. Sugano is a tenured extension agent with the University of Hawaii at Manoa, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources. She is a member of the Hawaii Medical Marijuana Dispensary Task Force and will lead Manoa Botanical's (a dispensary applicant) patient outreach program. She has been a champion of patients and caregivers on medical marijuana issues and is the mother of a child with a rare form of epilepsy.
