Ellen-Rae Cachola
Ellen-Rae Cachola, Ph.D. is a lecturer for the Department of Ethnic Studies, University of Hawaii Manoa. She is a co-founder of Women's Voices Women Speaks, the Hawaii partner of the International Women's Network Against Militarism.
