Benjamin Schrager is a PhD student in the Geography Department at the University of Hawaii Manoa. He co-authored with Krisnawati Suryanata a book chapter from Food and Power in Hawaii and a journal article in Journal of Agrarian Change on Hawaii鈥檚 seed corn industry. His current project focuses on chicken meat in Japan.
