BJ Penn (current Republican front-runner) stated in a recent KITV interview that he'd be in favor of legalizing recreational marijuana. One way to help diversify the economy for sure via agriculture.More jobs and more tax revenue.

Tinker Bell's pixie dust can't change the fact that Hawaii is ranked 46th out of the 50 states for being business friendly. Hawaii does top the list of states for for having the worst infrastructure. No surprise there.
