Can HART get anything right?聽 Why is it this comedy show continues to show the public how corrupt and ignorant an organization it is.聽 Oblivious to public distrust HART remains a failure.聽 Let's just move on and come up with the plan to end rail where the present over budget funds run out.聽聽
