One way of looking at this decision is that it is a statement to those who would challenge the status quo to 'get back on the plantation' and the powers that be will decide what is good for all.

Nice pic, Mr. Pritchett.If I was artistically talented enough, I would have drawn a pic of a blackjack casino table, with a player (representing DHHL) holding a bust hand while another player (representing Vegas interests) getting dealt a 21.聽 And who's the dealer? Why, none other that Governor David Ige, wearing a vest & bow tie.

I'm confused.The game is black-jack, so wouldn't having 21 be a good hand? That is, the exact opposite of the title "Not In the Cards"?
