Tortoises get a bad rap for being slow.聽 聽They do not have to chase their foods around like many other animals. These animals are vegan.聽 They feed on plants which are stationery. They also do not have to run away from many predators like other animals have to do. Do not forget that they have very hard and thick shells, which聽 help protect them from attack by predators. Many of these predators just leave them be.State government on the other hand is addled with having its primary area of concern being managing the public assets for the wealthy and corporations to exploit, and to maintain a system of economic inequality through policing the streets, not the suites.聽 So it is disabled in its ability to help regular everyday poor and those in the lower socioeconomic classes.
