Volunteers for the Hawaii chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America are pushing , which would shorten the time period for voluntary surrender of firearms and ammunition upon disqualification from ownership, possession, or control from 30 days to seven days (they hope it’ll be amended to 48 hours).
