The just launched GoHawaii app offers travel tips for Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai and the island of Hawaii.
It was created by the 补蝉听a “one-stop mobile reference guide for travelers wanting fast, accurate and trustworthy information while exploring all that Hawaii offers,” says a press release.
The travel destination app is said to be the first one produced by the state of Hawaii.
鈥淭he GoHawaii app is a fun way to learn about Hawaii while having travel and safety information that people need to know about and have access to at all times,” said聽Randy Baldemor, HTA’ chief operating officer.
The app is free and can聽be downloaded in the Google Play Store and Apple iTunes Store.
It’s offered in English, German, Japanese, Korean, simplified and traditional Chinese.
Sample app tip on water safety: “Do not swim alone. Never leave children unattended or in charge of other children near and in the water.”
Bonus聽app: 鈥淟ocomoji鈥 鈥 Hawaii-inspired emojis that聽include images of聽an ukulele, an aloha shirt, an erupting volcano, shave ice and Spam musubi.
