Takai Endorses Hanabusa
The congressman issues a statement saying the 1st Congressional District would be well-served by returning Hanabusa to the post she formerly held.
U.S. Rep. Mark聽Takai on Friday endorsed Colleen聽Hanabusa’s candidacy to replace him in Hawaii’s 1st Congressional District.
Hanabusa formerly served two terms in the seat, and announced her candidacy Thursday. Takai decided not to seek re-election because he is battling pancreatic cancer.
Takai released this statement:
