Hawaii law 聽instances in which owning or possessing a firearm is a no-no.

  • people diagnosed as having significant behavioral, emotional or mental disorders

proposes to add another reason: prohibiting聽the “physical possession” of any firearm while consuming or under the influence of an intoxicant.
