They are Rep. of Oahu, Rep. of the Big Island and Rep. of Kauai.
Wednesday is the day before the fifth day of the 2016 Hawaii Legislature,聽the cutoff deadline for the introduction of bills.
Bills attract supporters and opponents.
Many聽of those supporters and opponents (many of them registered聽lobbyists) contribute money to legislators.
Some say the money is not intended to influence the passage of legislation.
But no one really believes聽that.
