Hawaii News Now that a shark bit a kayak off Hawaii Kai on Thursday, overturning the vessel. The person in the kayak was reportedly ok — if there ever was such a person.
The information is attributed to the Department of Land and Natural Resources.Â
But according to emails forwarded to Civil Beat, DLNR has no such information.Â
Deborah Ward, spokeswoman for DLNR, said in an email:Â
No one reported any such incident to us.
