Kanohowailuku Helm reports about IAM’s visit to the slippery corridors of the state Capitol, where four IAM delegates survived initiation into the bizarre rituals of Hawaii lawmaking. Since the Capitol is so far away for so many of us, he shared what they learned. This being an election year, I Aloha Molokai put their findings in the form of a voter guide.
