First Head of New State Land Agency Confirmed
In a unanimous vote, the board of the new agency created to develop state lands has chosen Lloyd Haraguchi, a former senior asset manager with James Campbell Co., as its executive director.
The Public Land Development Corporation was created by legislation sponsored by Donovan Dela Cruz last session and is tasked with developing state lands through public-private partnerships.
