Videographer Diane Lee chronicled the beautification of Waikiki before APEC. This video is part of a series showing what was done to put Honolulu‘s best face forward for the thousands of visitors — and media — attending the conference from Nov. 8-13. Waikiki is where most of the delegates are staying and where most of the event will be held.
