Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie‘s final four nominees to the brand new appointed Board of Education will move forward to a final confirmation vote on the Senate floor next week.
The Hawaii Senate Education Committee voted unanimously on Friday to recommend Keith Amemiya, Nancy Budd, Charlene Cuaresma and Cheryl Lupenui for confirmation.
The full Senate will vote on Abercrombie’s nine nominees next Thursday, April 14.
