Legislators pulled a late night yesterday to pass this year’s State Budget, though they still need to figure out today where to get the money to back up their plan. Legislators decided on a budget of $10.2 billion for the fiscal year. The upshot? They managed to trim last year’s budget of $10.8 billion by $600 million.
But the hard work is still ahead. If you were sitting the Capitol right now, what would you tap for revenues?
